  • TEACHER APPLICANT SUBMITS APPLICATION DOCUMENTS TO THE SCHOOL OFTHEIR CHOICE WHILE THE NT/RT/SA APPLICANTS SUBMITS TO SDO RECODS/ PERSONNEL UNIT AND LOG IN TO www.hris@depedgentri.com FOR THE PREVIOUS AND IN THE LINK PROVIDED FOR THE LATTER. SCHOOL SUB-COMMITTEE SHALL CHECK AND VERIFY THE COMPLETENESS, AUTHENTICITY AND VERACITY OF THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED.

  • THE HR UNIT EVALUATES THE APPLICANTS QUALIFICATIONS VIS-A-VIS MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS AND POSTS THE LIST OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS IN THREE (3) CONSPICUOUS PLACES SUCH AS AGENCY, CITY HALL AND CITY PUBLIC MARKET BULLETIN BOARD & SDO WEBSITE, AND SIMULTANEOUSLY SENDS NOTIFICATION VIA E-MAIL

  • HRMPSB CONDUCTS EVALUATION OF APPLICANTS’ COMPETENCIES THROUGH APPRAISAL OF PERTINENT DOCUMENTS, BEHAVIORAL EVENT INTERVIEW (IF DEEMED NECESSARY), AND TECHNICAL TEST USING APPLICABLE GUIDELINES

  • HRMPSB SECRETARIAT PREPARES AND POSTS THE DULY SIGNED COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT RESULT IN THREE (3) CONSPICUOUS PLACES AND SENDS LETTER TO SUCCESSFUL AND UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

    • THE APPOINTEE SUBMITS COMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS, ASSIGNED HR STAFF CHECKS THE COMPLETENESS OF DOCUMENTS AND VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF PROVIDED INFORMATION
